MY DEAREST, LOVELIEST, AND MOST BEAUTIFUL MOM,
Please forgive me.
Did I ever tell you that I love you more than anyone in this world? I am sorry that I did not say it enough. Please forgive me for all the times I failed to tell you. I love you the most, Mom, and I truly mean it with all my heart.
Did I ever tell you how much I miss you? I am sorry that I did not. Please forgive me. I miss you more than words can ever express. Only now do I understand why there has always been a certain emptiness in my life—it is because a part of me is always missing you.
Did I ever tell you that you are the loveliest person in the world? I am sorry that I did not. Please forgive me. I spent so much of my life searching for beautiful souls, only to realise that the loveliest person had always been right there in front of me—you, Mom. There is simply no one like you.
Did I ever tell you that you are the most beautiful person I have ever known? I am sorry that I did not. Please forgive me. Now I understand that there is a difference between outward beauty and being a truly beautiful person. And to me, you are the most beautiful person in every possible way.
Did I ever tell you that you are the kindest person I have ever known? I am sorry that I did not. Please forgive me. I have met many kind people in my life, but their kindness seems ordinary when compared with yours. Your heart, your love, your sacrifices, and the way you care for others make you the kindest person I know.
My dearest, loveliest, and most beautiful Mom, I am sorry that it took me so long to tell you all these things. Now I know with all my heart that I love you the most, I miss you the most, and no one in this world could ever take your place. To me, you are the loveliest, the most beautiful, and the kindest person in the world.
Happy Mother’s Day, Mom.
I love you more than I have ever known how to say. ❤️
